Step out of isolation and into a sacred container rooted in ancient feminine wisdom. Led by a 20-year seasoned therapist and coach, this online circle combines guided sharing, somatic movement, breath work, and sacred feminine practices to support you in releasing stored stress, move emotions, and reclaim your inherent power.

  • Format: Bi-monthly 75-minute virtual gatherings via Zoom (Drop-in welcome; please register at least 24 hours in advance).

  • What to Expect: A non-judgmental space for collective witnessing, emotional release, empowerment, and deep sisterhood.

Couples Connection Lab

An experiential pop-up space designed for partners to drop out of their heads and into deep, visceral connection. Drawing on two decades of experience, these sporadic sessions recognize that true intimacy requires presence, play, and embodied practice beyond standard conversation. Couples explore a variety of techniques together, including intentional breathwork, eye contact, sacred massage, and Tantric energy work. The lab also introduces playfulness through kink, BDSM, props, and power dynamics to help partners safely push boundaries. Because space is intentionally limited to maintain an intimate setting, interested partners can join the waitlist for priority access to upcoming dates.
