A workshop specifically designed for women to unleash your power, free your voice, explore your wants, needs, and desires. This workshop combines powerful tools: Integrative Coaching, dance/movement, embodiment, nervous system regulation techniques, connection exercises, and deep ancient feminine practices to release inherited intergenerational, systemic oppression, and stress from the body. This is a workshop that uses partnered exercises. We heal in community and connection as women. Due to the intimate nature of this group, it is for women only who have biological female genitalia. It is absolutely open to transgender individuals who have female genitalia. It is a safe and curated environment.
